Business Manager visa inuiry
When you send us your inquiry about starting a business in Japan and applying for Business Manager visa, please do not just say "I want to start a business and want to get Business Manager visa. Please guide me."
We cannot give you any advise without knowing your situations.
First,
please share your situations (if you are in Japan, current visa status and your residential history) and details about your intended business.
Second,
please think if you are ready for your new challenge.
To be eligible for Business Manager visa, you need to have at least the following:
1. Real money for business use
The immigration's requirement is "at least 5 million yen capital (or investment)".
But you will need more before you could start your business and make sales. The amount of money required differs depending on what business you will do. Roughly speaking, some million yen (rent, registration fee, lawyer's fee, etc.).
2. Proof of where your money came from
You need to explain very clearly how you have made that much money.
If savings, you need to show bank transaction copies.
If borrowed, you need to explain the lender's financial situations.
3. Clear and realistic business plan
This is to show the immigration that your business is promising.
It is more difficult to keep the business going than making a company.
We could support elaborating the business plan draft prepared by you, but we cannot make it up for you because it is your business. Another good point about preparing a business plan is that it gives you a chance to re-consider if you really want to do this.
